With COP29 being held in Baku, this event is perfectly positioned to address and explore these vital topics. The programme includes a series of sessions covering the UNFCCC framework, climate change mitigation strategies, and legal issues. It explores the contributions of oil and gas nations, regulations for renewable energy, and the international trade dimensions of green energy initiatives. Additionally, it emphasises upcoming trends in climate policy and provides strategic insights, particularly focusing on Azerbaijan's viewpoint in relation to COP29.
