The Academic Programme of the International Conference of ELSA Salerno will focus on 'Intellectual Property and Artificial Intelligence between Creation and Protection', and has been developed in close collaboration with the Department of Legal Sciences and the Department of Business Sciences, Management and Innovation Systems of the University of Salerno. The aim is to provide participants an in-depth insight, both from a legal and business perspective, of the topical issue of intellectual property law and its interrelation with artificial intelligence in a globalised world.

Throughout our four-day Academic Programme, participants will engage in 20 hours of seminars, lectures, and workshops, hosted in the heart of Salerno's historical centre. The programme will provide an interdisciplinary and practical approach, covering topics such as:
